The turn of a year can bring a welcomed refresh for many readers—whether it be through a fresh list of books or a renewed vow to spend more time turning pages. In the Texas Book Club, it’s been a month since we wrapped our last pick, Sandra Cisneros’s The House on Mango Street, and we’re ready to get back to reading—together!In February, the Texas Book Club, a partnership between Texas Monthly and Texas Book Festival, will be reading Bryan Washington’s Lot, a collection of short stories.
