Why a Texas Housing Developer Is Suing Alex Jones for $10 Million
It seems that even judges have grown tired of hearing about Alex Jones in court. “History tells me your client is not trustworthy or credible on this ground,” state district court Judge Maya Guerra Gamble told Jones’s attorney at a hearing last week on the financial state of his beleaguered, Austin-based empire. What’s next for Jones still is unclear—The Onion is currently vying to take over his InfoWars website, a bid that remains caught up in a hodgepodge of legal cases related to Jones’s defamation of families whose children were killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting. Whatever the outcome, however, Jones’s legal troubles are far from over.
